Refund Policy for The Sokka

At The Sokka, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward refund process.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Timeframe
    Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Condition of the Product
    To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Products that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Any item marked as final sale or clearance is not eligible for a refund.
    • Gift cards, personalized or customized items are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, email our customer support at support@thesokka.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  2. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received in a defective or incorrect condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.

Refund Processing

  1. Inspection of Returned Items
    Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  2. Refund Timeline
    Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check the following:

  • Check Your Bank Account: Ensure the refund isn’t delayed by your bank.
  • Contact Your Payment Provider: There may be a delay in refund posting.
  • Reach Out to Us: If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@thesokka.com, and we’ll assist you further.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please initiate the exchange through our customer support team. Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of receiving the product and are subject to availability.
